Is a membership required?
No, order what you'd like, whenever you'd like, but once a kit is sold out, that's it, so please get one while you can! Pre-made items are also on a first come first serve basis, but custom items can always be made and available per your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept all payments via PayPal. You may also use PayPal to pay with your checking account. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service but it's free and super easy to sign up if you'd like. PayPal allows you to use your credit card or checking account and you will not be charged any fees for using their service.
Please note that once you submit your PayPal payment it goes through immediately.
What are shipping charges?
For kits and most premade and custom orders it varies from 4.75 to 9.80 USD within the U.S for Priority Mail shipping which is generally 2-3 days. We base the rate on weight and destination. Please try to include any other additional items with your kit in one order so we can add those at no extra shipping charge. If you'd like even faster shipping just let us know via email. Don't worry-if you order a tiny item we'll credit back any shipping over-charge.

What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Please contact us right away and we will replace the contents. We do ask that you send back the damaged kit/items and we'll refund the shipping costs incurred.
If I order a custom set of greeting cards or other custom made project how long will it take to receive?
Depending upon current demand and the items requested you can expect 1-3 days lead time plus 2-3 days transit time. We will do our absolute best to deliver your order prior to the due date you request on your order. In the case of any delay you will be notified immediately.
What if I just don't like my custom order once it arrives?
We are hopeful you will love your order, but in the event you do not, please send an email right away to kelly@kitcardshop.com. Tell us the problem and we'll do our best to fix it, exchange it or give a refund. In the event of an exchange or refund we do ask that you return the item(s) and we'll refund the shipping charges incurred.
